The 12 Point Commitment

Before Your Payroll:
 
1. Source 5 offers you the choice of submitting your payroll via the following methods:
    
   • phone
   • fax
   • Windows
   • Internet 
      
2. If your payroll is submitted via telephone, we will call you within 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.
3. If you are not ready to submit your payroll at your regular time, we will take your payroll whenever you are ready.
4. We will willingly accept and process any payroll submitted, even if it is unscheduled.
   
   
   Submitting Your Payroll:
   
5. We will provide you with the most professional and experienced service professionals to help expedite your payroll input. 
6. We will take every effort to insure the accuracy of your payroll input.
7. We take all the extra time needed to help you through any employee changes or other questions you may have.
8. We will process all payrolls submitted by 4:00 PM and deliver them at their scheduled time. 
9. We will confirm your next scheduled payroll and make any subsequent changes.
   
   After Submitting Your Payroll:
    
10. We will have your payroll delivered by the scheduled time or notify you of any delays. 
11. We will re-produce any payroll to correct any errors, at no cost to you. 
12. We will provide you with “World Class” customer service 100% of the time
