Project Outline

In 2006, a regional company with laborers and foremen in 5 states approached Source 5. Their goal was to reduce the time it took to enter their payroll into their current system and integrate this process into their back office accounting system. They estimated that it was taking them over 8 hours to enter and review this payroll data plus another 12 hours to enter that information into their accounting software.

The solution we provided them with was to create a custom integration between their workforce management system and their accounting software. With this they could extract that payroll data from our systems and create a custom interface to their bookkeeping systems.

The solution was successful! They reduced their data entry and review time by over 50% and virtually eliminated all post-payroll work. This solution saved their company an estimated $15,000 annually and dramatically increased accuracy of all data entry.
